3 Month goals

Many people find that having a firm goal in mind motivates them to move ahead on a project. A 3 month goal for fitness & health behavior should be realistic, personal and important to you.

Here are some examples:

  • By this time next summer, I will walk 3 miles easily.
  • Over the next six months, I will go from walking 3 times a week to walking 5 times a week.
  • By next spring, I will be able to play ball with my grandchildren.
  • I will become more physically active in the next 6 months.

Set your 3 month goal
